I have been taking a different brand of turmeric for some time but saw this one and thought I'd give it a try. These pills arrived on time and are beautifully packaged. You will feel the smell of turmeric when you open the seal which is very refreshing and reassuring.

Curcumin/turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and it is absorbed better with black pepper and ginger. I was delighted to find these 3 ingredients combined in this product.

Easy to take. I take 1 a day to help with arthritis in my hands.
